Alcohol Monitors

Our Oregon State-certified alcohol monitors will help manage alcohol consumption during your event. Duties include ID checking, interacting with guests consuming alcoholic beverages to prevent over-consumption, and helping find alternative transportation home. We work in either beer gardens or open environments.

Guest Services

Support staff include ticket takers, gate personnel and ushers. They are trained to make your event successful. They greet your patrons, provide accurate information, professionally resolve customer complaints and assist disabled guests.

Parking Staff

The parking staff for any event are the first to greet and the last to thank guests. OEE recognizes this and works to ensure that your event guests' parking experiences are pleasant ones. We will work with you to devise an efficient parking plan, design and implement all your needs for each particular event.

Traffic

Traffic not handled properly can be the downfall of any successful event. We will assess your traffic needs and implement an effective traffic management plan.

Setup & Teardown

We will provide you with the expertise and resources to efficiently convert your location from one event configuration to the next. We are staffed to build your event from the ground up. Setup of tents, tables, chairs, barricades and stages are just a few of the  services we provide.

Event Security

All DPSST security certified. Many have law enforcement or military experience with specialized crowd control training .

This is our enforcement group. They will take action during any incident to help maintain safety and allow everyone to enjoy themselves, no matter what event style. We believe in being proactive, addressing small issues before they turn into larger problems. We want you to have only good publicity for your event.

Crowd Management

Your eyes and ears at your event. They are the proactive first responders who monitor the crowd and immediately resolve minor issues.

Uniformed Tactical Team

Our around-the-clock armed and unarmed uniformed security can monitor property and persons. Many of whom have law enforcement or military experience with specialized tactical security training.
